Japanese translation of Chapter 11 of The Influence of Sea Power upon the French Revolution and Empire, 1793-1812, circa 1920
Japenanese translation of Chapter 11 of A.T. Mahan's book by S. Maki, Lt. Commander, Imperial Japanese Navy. The manuscript is 144 pages, handwritten on rice paper. It is sewn on the right margin.
On the right margin in English is written "Part of the MS" At the heading, in English is "MS. Chapter XI. The Atlantic, 1796-1801. - The Brest Blocade. The French Expedition against Ireland." The rest of the volume is written in Japanese.
The manuscript is fragile, and has expereince severe creasing on the first few pages.
