The USS Macedonian was a United States Navy frigate that later served as a practice ship for the United States Naval Academy. This logbook spans from 1865 Jun 13-Sep 13 and was maintained while the Macedonian was atttached to the Naval Academy while it was located in Newport, RI during the U.S. Civil War.
