Biographical Note

Ronald K. Irving, U.S. naval officer, was born in Fayette, NY on August 9, 1942. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1935 and served in the Navy until he retired in 1965. He was in the Pacific Theater during WWII and held various ship and home assignments, including CO of USS Wyandot involved in Operation Deep Freeze in 1958.
