Scope and Contents
This volume is a synopsis of the Record of the Proceedings of a conference ordered by the Acting Secretary of the Navy to report on the design of the NORTH DAKOTA class, and to make a recommendation as to the military characteristiics which should be required in the battleships to be built in the immediate future.
