Photograph of William S. Sims with Mrs. Anne Hitchcock Sims with their children, his aide and his sister, Margaret Shepley standing outside the President's house (Quarters AA) at the Naval War College. The three younger children hold the Admiral’s flag to show its inscription, “Flag of Rear Admiral William Sowden Sims USN / U.S.S. Old Constellation Oct. 18 1922.”
The woman at far left is the Admiral’s sister, Margaret Shepley. (9225)
